Which seems to be what they are doing now. If they can localize the online playing servers, programming and keep all activity monitored via a 3rd party in Vegas lets say, now they can collect the tax dollar, since the servers are in the U.S. How it was operating before is completely 100% unregulated gaming on servers in other countries, south of the border being very popular. And they couldnt collect any tax money because it was already illegal and being the servers are hosted in other contries, but money i guess could flow in and out, and recently thats what the government closed off, the 3rd parties to get the money to the casino and chips at the table for you.

For some reason MSN hasnt updated the cache of this blog since July. Thats probably because thats the last time i posted and then there was a long pause before my next word. Hopefully the increase in posts will lead MSN to update the cache as my latest posts arent in who knows how it will rank. So for this page has been jumping from the 19 spot to 25 spot and sometimes to the 50 spot. Dancing back and forth with no update in limbo for the cpayscom2 online casino seo contest. There is 3 pretty different contests starting today. The first has been posted for a few weeks which is BargainTix.com Student seo contest, you basically have to be in college to qualify for this, and uses a unique ranking system that will determine the winner, total prize pool is $1000.

The other 2 contests notified us today about their contests. The first is a seo contests from SeoRace.com with a total prize pool of $8,000.
